Fenix is a non-profit endeavor supported from all sides of the Milliron Media Group. The mission is reflective of the genesis of Milliron Studios: the democratization and destratification of the arts. Fenix helps self producing artists by educating creatives with transferable skills in the world of production media and pairing them together. Members of the Milliron Media Group donate hours and resources to the supervision of these joint ventures, allowing for in-the-field training and augmented access for all those looking to better themselves and their communities.
_underscore is a production company geared towards translating Theatre to Film in B2B and B2C assets. This includes everything from live-capture archival, to a new approach on Theatrical EPKs featuring virtual production techniques. _underscore oversees the Tiny Theatre Film Lab (TTFL) initiative - a comprehensive program designed to launch the works of writers and creatives past the traditional theatre distribution model.

With the inception of Milliron Media Group, Tyler hopes to augment this endeavor, creating opportunities for both artists and fellow producers of artists. He has won dozens of awards across multiple disciplines including direction, cinematography, visual effects, performance and more.

Rachel Monteleone has taken her extensive professional background in dance (NBA, Superbowl, and stages across the world), and fitness - and flipped to the other side of the lens. Her understanding of timing, framing, composition and intent has allowed her to catapult her photography career to representing top brands across platforms like Forbes and Bravo - in both print and digital mediums.

Tom Polum was co-lead producer of the multi award winning The Toxic Avenger Off-Broadway. As a Director, he has directed Oklahoma, Funny Girl, Carousel, Grease, Hello Dolly, Phantom and many others. He also served as associate for musical staging and helped restage the Broadway Production of Cyrano The Musical, at the Carre Theatre in Amsterdam. As an author and composer Tom has created Abelard and Heloise, Finding Frida Kahlo and The Toxic Avenger – Christmas Chaos.
In 2017 he formed the company Streaming Musicals which is a digital content creation for works that are meant for both film and live stage licensing. Streaming Musicals produced musicals of Emma, Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Marry Harry, No One Called Ahead, Burning Man: The Musical, Estella Scrooge (at the height of the pandemic as a green screen production) and the recent 1660 Vine. Of those works, three have been sold into licensing to Music Theater International.
As a composer, he has created Heloise and Abelard, Pilgrim Souls and The Toxic Avenger – Christmas Chaos which had its premiere at Lincoln Centers Walter Bruno Auditorium. Tom is also the co-book writer of Mambo Italiano. As stage director (SSDC member) he served as producing director for the Royal Viking Line for three years and as a director for several productions throughout the United States including Maury Yeston and Arthur Kopit’s Phantom which became an enormous licensing success. He earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Wisconsin with specializations in classical voice technique, piano, composition, and musical theatre. Prior to working on the production side, Polum performed as an actor (AEA member) on Broadway and in National Tours. He also helped restage the Broadway production of Cyrano,The Musical at the Carre Theatre in Amsterdam for Joop van den Ende. Polum serves as the Chairman of the Board of Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU), a nonprofit organization created to mentor young playwrights and producers who bring new work to the stage. Polum is also a coinventor on a patent for a series of music and entertainment apps sold through iTunes. Lastly, just for fun Tom is the president of his NY cooperative building and spearheaded the $105 million dollar conversion of the building, as well as overseeing multi-million dollar construction and repair projects in excess of $11 million dollars.

She has appeared in 6 Broadway shows, multiple national tours and regional theatre appearances across the country and does voice work for film. She has mentored young artists for over a decade and continues to look for ways to broaden the ways an artist can flourish. Stacia is a founding member and partner of Streaming Musicals, a company which has produced multiple musical films.
